My first proper job. Started as very much the office junior, went on to be a website support specialist by learning HTML in my own time.
Responsibilities & Achievements
- 1st & 2nd line support PC and Mac, modems, iSDN and ASDL.
- Monitored server side connections, UNIX.
- Dedicated website support for customers, HTML, Dreamweaver and flash.
- Worked in Preston and London office.
- Relocation, training and documentation.
