Managed three websites, two Ebay stores and an Amazon store.
Responsible for all internet based sales enquiries, orders and customer service/returns for the parts department servicing Toyota, Mazda, Kia, Hyundai and Fiat.
Sole point of contact for online-only business in GPS units and accessories, Garmin & Tomtom.
Co-ordinate data flow to order management software (LinnWorks) and stock control programme (V8 DMS).
Provide daily reconciliation / fee reports from SagePay and PayPal.
Order, process and back order control for all related stock for ecommerce streams.
Work closely with the inhouse parts team to maintain accurate information, photographs and prices.
Responsible for the shipping of orders both national and international, either in-house or from direct ship partners.
Create and publish comprehensive email marketing material.
Maintain and improve SEO, by ensuing unique product titles, descriptions, images and alt tags.
